It is a service provided by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to the industrial investor to convert the status of the industrial project to construction after the completion of the establishment phase, provided that the requirements are met. It is valid for only one year and does not entitle the owner to start production, enabling the owner to obtain customs exemption for machinery and spare parts and partial labor endorsement.
